ENTRY/JUNIOR JAVA DEVELOPER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Role
You will be part of a team developing a set of new back-end features in a suite of software products. In the short term your role will be to participate directly in development tasks for the software products, acquiring Java knowledge, broad technology base, and problem solving skills.

- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
- Knowledge of J2SE, JSP, JPA, Hibernate, Web services (SOAP), REST services (JSON) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Spring 3.*, 4.* framework
- Experience with MVC frameworks (Spring MVC, Struts)
- Experience with Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic
- Experience with Relational databases: MySQL, Oracle or Postgres experience
- Experience with Javascript Frameworks (JQuery, Angular, Ext JS)
- Experience with Development tools: Eclipse/Intellij IDEA, Maven, Jenkins, Git, SVN
- Familiarity with JMS, MQ servers, Apache Camel, Cache servers (Ehcache, Hazelcast), Search servers (SOLR, Elastic Search)
- Knowledge of software design patterns and UML design.
- A good knowledge of oral and written English is mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- Applied usage of Agile, SCRUM methodologies and Prince2 will be considered as an asset
- Experience in the design and development of applications for large scale organizations in the public or private sector using latest software technologies based on J2EE framework stack will be considered as a plus
- knowledge of any other language of EU is considered an advantage
